Why the name

Named for the water above the tree line.

A tarn is the lake a glacier leaves behind, set high enough that you have to earn it. You climb. You stop. You recover. Then you go again.

That rhythm is the whole idea. TARN makes recovery equipment for people who train with intent and plan to keep going, season after season.

Muscle Butter is where it starts. Sixty percent Arnica Montana. Six ingredients, every one printed on the label. Made and filled in the USA. Massage it in, give it a few minutes, and get on with your day.

  • 01Train hard. Recover on purpose.
  • 02Six ingredients. Nothing hidden.
  • 03Made and filled in the USA.
  • 04Understated by design.
